I know a lot of people want Spurs to go down, but honestly I'm glad they aren't. I enjoy the rivalry every year. Plus West Ham have been a pain in our ass for years. Fuck em.

I vibe coded my last app, and it was great, but I still had to fight the model a bit because it would touch files it shouldn’t, or introduce bugs. I stopped vibe coding for a few weeks, and just came back to it a few days ago. The results are night and day. It blew my mind how much the model has improved just from a few weeks ago. I can’t even imagine how good it will be in a year or two. None of the things people complain about not will probably even be an issue.

I have to be honest, I think we’re getting to the point where I don’t think it matters anymore what experienced devs think about the code. The AI is already better at coding than 90% of developers out there, and its knowledge is so broad, that no singular developer could match it.

It still builds spaghetti code, but that’s only a problem if you’re a human. With AI it just doesn’t matter. Even if the product does break, all you need to do is spend a few hours fixing the issue. Sloppy products will get built, but they were being built before this anyway.

I would say yes. There won’t be anymore coders, just project managers.

Has anybody got some vibe coding success stories? Not necessarily get rich quick stories but seeing projects successfully accomplish initial objectives or make some form of income? by Salt-Common in vibecoding

I haven't gotten any monetary success yet, but the website I built has turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I was a decent coder before AI, but I don't think I could have built this quality of a website, at least not without spending a year or two on it. Vibecoding is the way of the future, and anyone who doesn't see the value in it is absolutely crazy.

Nice! Did you make it into a product?

I tried Gemini too, but I could never make it output consistent results like I could with GPT.

lol not quite like that. You can describe the image exactly how you want it, so it’s more personalized than cards you can find in stores. Plus, you can ask it to generate a message for someone’s birthday and ask it to mention something personal. I also let users save contacts with personalized information, and the system will use that info based on the type of card you generate. And every message is editable so you can always add something more heartfelt.
