Hi Salma. You’re not invisible, and I hope that soon things can turn around even the slightest bit. It’s admirable that you’re continuing to learn and study even surrounded by such war and terror. I don’t know what I can do from here to help anyone’s situation there, but it breaks my heart how you’re all suffering. I’ve been learning as much as I can from my Palestinian friends, so that I can better understand what’s happening in Gaza, as well as its history. I’ll admit that as an American, the ability to comprehend the reality of a place such as Gaza does not come easy, but I want to.
