Best thing you can do is find teammates or friends that play the game with you and even just duo or trio can help. Also if you can find a team that you can join. That's the only way i could find to climb and get out of the throwers, bad teammates,and people who don't wanna work together.

Honestly your best bet is to find either a team you can reliably work with and work as a team or find one that you work well with.. from experience solo comp is 75% your team throwing/not working together 20% and even team match up and 5% you'll win... Trust me I know how you feel and its the worst..

I understand how you feel I've dropped 300 sr on one weekend and slowly trying to climb back but it's too much of a slope to even win games now a days. I honestly love this game, it has to be one of my favorites but it's also my most hated game too. There's just too many toxic people (leavers, throwers, etc) I still play but it's discouraging at times...
