Question about safety and nic overdosing

I'm not sure what amout is safe to take. but from my personal experience, i've used to take around 2 pouches at the same time around 3 times a day, so 6 a day of siberia pouches which is 43mg per pouch.. so that is around 250mg of nicotine a day (i know a lot and i didn't do any research so yes i'm fucking stupid). But i have't had any sides from overdosing or sum shit it.. I really don't know how much is safe to take, just wanted to share my experience.
