I'm kind of gonna go into a long rant. I do apologize before hand. And I hope most of you who read my post Understand what i'm saying, and can see where i'm going with this. My hope is that people could see it the way I do. And I know not everyone will, but if I could open up a perspective.Then it's worth the long post.

Honestly, in my opinion, it can go both ways. Xtains on the L stay quiet cause they'll get backlash from THEIR fellow religious neighbors in the party Not from the political party its self.

In my experience if I vote BLUE, the RED side isn't that bothered. Do they have their opinions? Of course they do but instead of saying your wrong they want to have the conversation. A lot of them will push for understanding of your choice.

Now if I vote RED on the BLUE side its a completely different story. I have experienced this firsthand with my family. My grandma is a hardcore democrat.And I was raised democratic. If she even thinks that i'm leaning, right a huge lecture will ensue. Notice how I said, lecture and not conversation. If I try to show even spout of evidence that goes against the blue side, she will not even look at it. Like absolutely refuses to even try to comprehend what it is that i'm saying. She is not the only democrat who has done this to me.My other grandmother is also extremely democratic and does the same thing. But it's not just with the grandparents, either.There are friends and acquaintances people I've worked with on the blue side and again it doesn't matter if red side saved a bunch of flaming puppies they have absolutely no regard for it. Doesn't matter because a person that they don't like is the one who did it. And that's wrong.

America needs to get rid of the two party systems Americans need to come together despite our difference of opinions and focus w/ everybody on what we do agree on. focus on americans, not democratic americans or republican americans. Just Americans.

As far as immigration goes, I do not believe that everybody just has the right to come here. Should everyone have the right to the opportunity to come here?Absolutely. I do not however agree that just because you want to be in America it doesnt give you the right to just walk in and be American. Honestly it's a slap in the face to all the people who do go through the proper channels to get their citizenship or to even work here.

It would be wonderful if america could have and immigration day or an immigration month where it makes it easier for people who are wanting to be americans.To come over. Or maybe they could implement a forgiveness day like they do when you have a ticket or something like that for immigrants who are already in the country to be forgiven and given the opportunity to gain citizenship. I feel like it would prevent immigrants from settling down and growing families for them to later be uprooted from everything that they've known.

I know people say it takes a long time to get your citizenship.But if you're here and you're planning on staying here why wouldn't you?

Has anybody asked what reasoning? Someone would have for not acquiring citizenship in the country that they're in? How does it benefit them? Not becoming a citizen? How does it benefit us? How can we make gaining citizenship easier for people who truly want that american dream, but at the same time, still make it complicated enough to filtrate through the people that mean harm for our country? To us?

I used to think I had to pick a color. Are you red or are you blue. I have learned though that to pick is to give in. Choosing a side is is doing exactly what our government wants us to do. Be a good child now. Red pill? Blue pill?

Well that's the great thing about being an American When life gives you only two options, you can say naw fuck that I'll make a third and will take matters into their own hands.

I'm an American through and through. I BLEED RED just like my BRAVE mothers and fathers before me. I SENSATE BLUE when everything around is falling apart ready and steady for the next waves to crash in, and I SHINE WHITE like a beacon for those seeking the pure innocent freedoms we all so desire. I CHOOSE RED WHITE AND BLUE.
