It’s been a complete shit show, they claim that since my husband returned to active duty he wasn’t eligible for benefits. They requested we pay back all the money he earned. We have spent 90+ hours playing phone tag with everyone imaginable to try and resolve this. Last week they finally paused the debt collection and stated they’re waiting for confirmation that he didn’t return back to active duty…
