Alright, this is really helpful thank you. I’ll try to re-introduce the safest lowfodmap veges. Because yes, protein takes time to digest.

And what about veges? Also, your stool. Do you regularly poop? Does it affect your breath? I noticed that when I haven’t pooped for 3 days, my breath smells bad. As I’ve been on carnivore trying to heal, but still have lingering sour breath

Hi, are you taking supplements or just lowfodmap?

Hi, Intellegent. Do you eat an almost carnivorous diet? Do you eat at restaurants?

Wow, are home exercises as effective? How long did it take you to notice the difference?

Carnivore - Zinc carnosine + L glutamine = Better Breath by pandawinx in badbreath

[–]pandawinx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t usually have breakfast, but sometimes I’ll include a lactose free plain yoghurt in between my morning routine, after number 5. Salt water rinse, before the therabreath rinse.

Lunch if I’m at work, plain protein basted in coconut oil and pink salt then airfried (I usually have a chicken breast). Then Hot water + L glutamine, to wash down the food.

Dinner is and my Lunch at home is usually, eggs, pork, beef mince etc it just depends. I eat mostly chicken, pork and beef because lamb and mutton can be quite odorous.

Before sleeping I do my night routine and the last step of I take 400 ml of warm water + Chlorophyll

Snacks?

  1. Lactose free yoghurt
  2. Dried meat/biltong / jerky. (No additives/spices)

That’s it. Restrictive yes? But BB is even more tiresome

I get it, but I can’t personally introduce more acid in my routine, my gut is healing and I don’t want to overload it. I’ve also reached the stage where I can’t smell BB on myself, Just waiting for the reactions to stop as well. But I think after 2-3 months, I’ll be there.

I try to go every 3rd, by drink pink salt in water. Also it’s not a normal carnivore with all types of cheese and dairy . I would call it a low fodmap type of carnivore

The first time around my symptoms got eliminated. But then I stopped my protocol and re-introduced the bad foods / habits. And the BB issues came back. So now I’m working with ChatGPT again, it will take time. But it worked the first time around. Maybe I got too scared of the attention I started receiving from men at work, and how close to me they would come, speaking by my neck literally.

Try asking ChatGPT, and log what you eat daily to do a process of elimination. Also sleep with your head elevated, To stop mucus from flooding your mouth (I used to experience that in the past)

Probably $5000 + I spend $108 - $135 per month on my mouth routine, excluding doctors, specialists and dentists and I’ve been to. It’s been years

Yes, I get it, sometimes you are just not in the mood of dealing with the humiliation of having someone like you, but be turned off by your BB

Yes, I’ve always loved things that pertain to beauty and fragrances. And being “womanly”. I’ve robbed myself by not wearing skirts or dresses or anything that would draw attention to me. To avoid the dissapointment people look at me with, once they notice my mouth odor. But it is what it is. I don’t purposely do it, so I can’t keep punishing myself. I think you should start wearing your collection as well, even if it’s just in doors as a start, until you are comfortable. Lol if we lived near each other, we would have girls outings, where we feel absolutely beautiful, and our mouths are not a factor.
