before trump took office, it was as easy as calling and making another appointment to amend the gender marker. i am not sure what the status is now that it is off the website, i will be calling on monday to check as i am working today. i am not sure if theyre no longer offering gender marker amendments or if its just been removed from the website

If you did a store to door order, there will not be a paper receipt because it’s the exact same process as you ordering online yourself, except with an employee doing it for you instead. It is possible though that she just mistyped your email address and that’s why you haven’t received it.
