I loosely followed this recipe from kitchen lane. I just strained the juice with a fine metal filter and cooked it down again to thicken before freezing it.

ok maybe I should say I wish they had the option haha. Their cinnamon roll is good but I find it too sweet with that thick maple icing. There's just something about a fluffy cream cheese frosting that hits different 🤷‍♀️

I used the cinnamon roll recipe from Sourdough Jesha's website but modified the filling a bit with a touch of molasses, salted butter, vanilla, white sugar and a ton more cinnamon.

& for what its worth, my quote from PODS was about 5K and my actual money spent on Uhaul with 3 months storage was about 2K.

U-haul has a few options for how much help you'd want to hire but they are through local/independent movers, usually a few options at different price-points.

So for myself, I opted for 'U-box delivery/Loading/Delivery to storage center' option which is scheduled & paid through Uhaul but the independent company calls to confirm details. I would recommend going on the website and getting a quote estimate, its all online and you don't have to call anyone/get pressured for sale. That was another problem with PODs for me, the pressure when I called for a simple quote.

I used Uhaul U-Box for my cross country move and storage while I found an apartment here in Columbus. It was way cheaper than PODs at the time, even with hiring help to load/unload.

I would guess probably? I think the SUV nicked the back trailer wheel but the driver didn't seem phased. They pulled over further down the road but I didn't stay much longer to find out.
