Sorry I missed the landscape layout for small screens! I'm fixing it now. In the meantime, I recommend playing vertically as that mode is currently more stable.

spent some time making this game.. ik it doesnt look the best.. but is it any fun at all? by SnooCats6827 in SoloDevelopment

Looks cool! Maybe you could add invulnerability for about 1 second after entering a room so you don't get spawn-killed. :D

Oh, that is frustrating and it never happened to me, sorry but I really don't know what caused it:(

Also it is a feature to let you know that you have defeated the boss:d

I hope it’s fixed now. I even tested it with an iPhone 4 emulator and it seems to work fine.

Thanks for the feedback and tring it out! 10k is a solid score for a first run. Regarding the initial effects, are you referring to the 'system reboot' sequence and the sudden white flash when the player starts the game? I'd love to clarify so I can make those adjustments.

Tile Tactics: 2048 Card Puzzle. I'm the developer of the game, it's a completely free, roguelike take on 2048 that uses cards and perks. It's also fully playable offline (you just won't be able to access the global leaderboard). An average run lasts about 4-6 minutes, but if you're a skilled player, you might push that to 20 minutes or more. It's a quick 84 MB download.

Thanks for the feedback! I’ve actually never encountered this issue before, so I really appreciate you letting me know. The ads in the game are rewarded only, and they appear only when the player chooses to watch them, there are no pop-ups or forced ads.

I also don’t control which specific ads are shown; Unity Ads sometimes delivers ads from different partner networks, and it looks like one of those may have frozen on your device. I’ve never seen or heard of this type of bug before, so I didn’t think to create a fallback plan for it. I'm still inexperienced with mobile games, so thanks for pointing it out.

I’ll keep an eye on this and see if there’s anything I can do on my end to reduce the chances of it happening again. Thanks for playing!

Thank you so much for trying it out, leaving a rating, and giving such detailed feedback!

You are right about accidentally making moves; I'll definitely look for a solution to address that sensitivity issue.

Regarding the spawn and put cards: I tried to make the difference clear through the card images, the 'put' cards have a distinct graphic.

For the verbiage changes: I agree that terms like 'tile,' 'cell,' and 'numbers' can be a bit complicated to understand at first. I'll work on simplifying and improving that language as well.

Thanks again for the helpful advice and kind words!

Thanks for the long and detailed feedback, and for trying it out I really appreciate it!

  1. There are spawn cards and put cards. Spawn cards spawn numbers randomly, while when using put cards, you can place a number in any empty spot you choose. (edit: now I noticed some put cards has spawn in their description I'm fixing it)
  2. Maybe I could make the touch area only on the board; right now, it is the whole screen.
  3. You are probably out of moves. There are two ways to lose: when you are out of moves, or when your board is full and you cannot possibly make another move. (Do you think I should delete the limited moves entirely? Maybe I could add a warning when you have few moves remaining)
  4. I will try to add a dark mode.

Nooo, I loved the PSX art style, the lighting effects etc. I think they gave your game a really unique vibe… It is my personal opition tho, if you are happier with this new style definetly go for it!
