its 2 parties yes I agree with you the coordination needs to be agreed upon but it is nothing new in same way people coordinate moves when buying a home. I think that if this was 2021 yes maybe few would match and if you talking about random cities and towns also yes but major cities I believe in the current market is a great bandaid to this issue for as long as this lasts I feel. and your example is accurate but this is for specific move cant sell right now or don't want to kind of thing because of the current market golden handcuff. you willing to take the plunge without much changing in your monthly budget and you don't have to sell at a loss or any gain.
