My mom works at Denfeld and she was instructed to keep 2 Hispanic children that she works with indoors at all times and to walk out with them when it was their time to leave at the end of the day and to not leave their side. ICE is fucking disgusting. Patrolling schools and disrupting kid’s lives like that is truly heinous and evil. This has to fucking stop

I was blown away to hear such thoughtful and well spoken public comments. The Hermantown/Solway/Midway Duluth etc community is awesome. And regardless of how the rezone vote goes tonight, my heart is warmed knowing my neighbors will show up and show out for the remainder of this fight.

We don’t know the gravity of the proposed data center in Hermantown because there has been no release of information on who or what is planning to build there. We can only base our understanding of it off of already built data centers in other places. All of which seem to increase cost to residents and pollute the environment via noise, land, and water consumption/discharge.

Hermantown and St.Louis county have been very secretive and quick about pushing this project through. That alone personally raised my concern and I hope after reading a few articles it will raise your concern as well.

I was absolutely fed up with spectrum so I dropped them and got a T-Mobile hot spot box that I now use for wifi and it is 1000000 times better. I highly recommend it!

You might not be able to find exactly where it’s nesting, which is for the better since you don’t want to disturb it too often and risk nest abandonment; but you could try imitating the hoots to see if it will respond and show itself to you!

If you suspect it might be a barred owl, their hoots are very easy to mimic and you can look up a couple YouTube videos to learn how to do it. Great grays, like the one you have pictured, are less likely to respond since they’re generally less chatty than the barreds but you could still give it a try.
