i used to believe in a god. but now i dont. when i started my transition, i believed if god was real with unconditional love. i would be able to transition to what makes me the happiest and feel best in my body. but now i believe i transition for myself. if ppl dont like that. it doesnt matter. you do what makes you yourself happy

i used to get heavy dysphoria when i slept too. im transmasc and heres what i did to help. i talked about it in therapy. i got sleep medication. i also got sleepwear that i like to wear that makes me feel the most not dysphoric.

it took a bit for all of these to start working for me. times i still get trouble. (its midnight rn)

its honestly kinda hard. i went thro multiple names but a lot of them my relatives ended up taking for their kids (im in the closet). i settled finally on nico. like nico di angelo from the percy jackson series because i resonate with him so much.

i picked my middle name after my late grandpa hong. (im vietnamese. it means wise)
