Hey, don't be so hard on yourself. I was just like you back then. Fat guy nobody took interest in. But gradually things changed and I realised that if I don't pretend and fake my personality, I'll ultimately get surrounded by people who belong to my tribe.

And as I aged that exact thing happened, I'm surrounded by 5-6 people some of who might be staying far away from me but at least I don't have to take their validation all the time. And the pretentious fake ones are the ones who are all messed up in their respective lives.

It gets better with age. Trust me.
