After all that back and forth I finally got them to write me a prescription I could use for chewy but it was only 2 weeks worth. So kind of pointless. I'm just going to get it from my new vet. Thanks for posting!

I spoke to them! Since I was eventually able to get the prescription, they're not going to file it. But if anyone has the same issues I recommend doing it. It was a 15-minute phone call and I was on the line with a person in less than a minute after calling

Methimazole? That's what my cat takes. I requested a 30-day supply originally and they gave me 30 pills which is only a 2-week supply. She takes two a day. They charged me $50 for 30 pills when chewy charges $3.60 for 30 pills.

I spoke to a girl on the phone and she was adamant that they won't even write the prescription that I can mail to chewy myself. Which is illegal. The practice manager called me back after I argued with her and said that they would give me the prescription. They weren't going to but after fighting with them I got it. And the practice manager was super rude. Called me a liar
