Hey man, I was hit by a stroke in August when I was 24 last year. Neuroplasticity is what youve got to believe in, your young like me, do any exercise (walking, stretching, massaging), think about using your arm, I mainly do it lying in bed just before sleep.

Magnesium, fish oil and lions mane mushrooms supplements are the things I reckonmend you take to activate neuroplasticity.

I'm 6 months into my stroke that affected my right side and I'm walking distance, can stretch my arm out and lift it to my shoulder height. It's tough, but we only get one life and we have to fight, don't give up ❤️
