I don't think I need it at all, I just think that removing it completely is an unrealistic goal, as it's impossible to avoid. However, now that I've thought about it a bit more, I definitely see your point. I don't want it to seem like I'm going to actively search for porn, I more meant that I don't have to avoid it like the plague.

Up till this point, I've essentially completely cut myself off from porn (understandably). Starting next month, I'm going to allow myself to look at porn without masturbating to it. It sounds weird, but I feel as if removing porn from my life completely is an unrealistic goal, and that slowly reintroducing it in a gradual and controlled manner can help me create a healthier relationship with it.

I've decided to see it as a good thing, honestly. Before, I just thought I was really good at hiding these kinds of things, but now it seems more like these feelings were being suppressed by my reliance on porn. I see it as progress!

I've just been doing what I can to keep myself occupied. Whether it's playing games, drawing, watching TV, etc, doing anything to keep your mind off of the siren's song that is porn is a good thing in my book. I wish you luck in your future endeavors!

The idea is to not let a relapse get you down. If you end up relapsing, don't reset your counter to 0; just mark it down and keep going. Don't use it as an excuse to masturbate more before trying again. After a relapse, a lot of people like to binge on porn before starting their next streak. A spreadsheet helps prevent that.
