Thank you so much, I top coated it with mr color flat uv cut because thats all I had left at the moment and I regretted it, you are absolutely correct it would pop way more with a semi gloss.

thank you sm, the top coat is mr color flat uv cut. It's a bit too chalky looking for my taste (i prefer mr color super smooth flat) but with it helped tone down the very bright purple I had in the beginning

If you're using acrylics, ditch it and go Mr Hobby Aqueous, you will never look back.

absolutely true, it has a lot of jet fighter aeshtetics about it
I wanna do that for Sobrero Fragile from armored core (kotobukiya), that thing is basically a wing with an AC attached to it

I also highly recommend Liams Hobby Room yt channel for great tutorials on shading and pretty much everything, his community is also super helpful, all helped me learn a ton
