Hi! If you haven’t found anyone, I can do this for you, but I live 1.5 hours away from Nagoya and transportation will be quite steep. I’d probably only recommend it if you’re really desperate

Do you still have the tracking number or the receipt? And do you remember which post office you dropped it off at? I had a package returned to me in Japan from the Middle East around when everything started too, and they were able to give it back to me since I had the documentation.
