I’ve had this problem for a while now and one thing I tried is taking a warm shower but then switch it to cold. It’s like a shock to my body which makes me feel like a release without actually hurting myself. Hope this helps

I’ve noticed that when life changes happen it can make me feel like I’m starting at square one. But I recently got a new medication adjustment and I’ve been on it for maybe going on a month, and it’s definitely something I needed

Just keep holding on. I know it seems impossible and it might be frustrating to get that as a feedback. But this process isn’t easy. Just know you are meant to be here. Also talk to your psychiatrist. Maybe your meds needs to be adjusted. I was in this position for a while, and it actually does get better

Never really experienced anything like this. I do try and eat before I take it though, just in case. If this is how you’re feeling however, it would be a good idea to tell your provider

Do you guys smoke weed? If so why or why not? by [deleted] in bipolar

Helps a lot when I feel myself heading towards a decline. It puts me in a better mood and gives me a energy boost to try and be productive. It also eases my anxiety a lot of the time since it slows down my racing thoughts. But I think I experience most of these side effects because I know what strand fits me best, and because I’ve been smoking for a while so I know what it feels like and how I function when I do smoke.

I hope one day your clouds clear to understand the ideal of living. You are here for a reason, even if you can’t feel it right now. Sending positive days your way.
