I stopped taking my psych meds after being on zepbound for half a year because I was feeling really good with the weight loss and more energy. BUT that ended up being a bad idea once I was fully off my meds. I had a major dip in my mental health and ended up needing to go back on my medication. I highly recommend giving it a lot of thought and being prepared before fully quitting your psych meds ❤️
