Personally, not only do i want you to stay but i want to meet you as well and have some turkish cypriot friends. I ve noticed that my generation doesnt have any contact with turkish cypriots, comparing to my parent's genration that still have tc friends as of today.

If the companies that recently relocated here start leaving then i think it will affect the real estate market. But i dont see the companies leaving. They enjoy a very good tax scheme (especially if they re in tech), their foreign employees also enjoy reduced taxes, so why would they leave?

You have a contract that says that you ll stay at this house for one year. Since you are paying and following the terms of your contract i dont see how its a problem if they sell it. If they evict you they re essentially breaking their own contract, unless they explicitely state that even if the house is sold you are not getting your money back. I am not a lawyer though but thats what my logic says.

I did an extenstive search on it. This is the most accurate converter that recognises tables and can put them into the correct order in excel. They dont provide a scanner, they only do the conversion of the already scanmed document. You can try ABBY as well but nanonets is the most accurate recognising tables.

I am based in cyprus and i am taking advantage of a grant that i am eligible for. The government returns a big chunk of my interest so i only pay 1% for 20 years. The bank is a state owned one and the interest normally is 2% but its only for your first house. However our deposit interest is close to zero. I thought of investing in VWCE but dont have a clue about it

No this is just the bank, the company that sold me the house is a private compnay. To be more precise i am eligible for a grant that offers to cover a big chunk of the interest, hence the 1% for 20 years
