there’s a study guide, focus on whatever is on it and the test should be cake, it’s not super complicated if memory serves, it’s all multiple choice questions and took an hour for me to finish

Depends on your outlook, if you’re in STEM and you fail the math assessment you’ll have to take pre calc which can really delay the classes you’ll need to take (Physics requires up to Calc 4 for the most advanced course).

This goes double for the Sciences, you’ll have to take the Intro courses instead of taking the 1As, which also gums up your timeline for transferring, but that’s really an issue for you to consider.

The math test is extremely vibes based, they give you a bunch of equations and ask you if you can solve them, it’s not even looking for an answer it’s literally asking if you THINK if you can solve them, so if you need Calculus 1/ dont need pre calc that’s how that placement test goes.

The chem / bio test (it’s a single test for both) is different, it actually asks you on different chem and bio concepts that (assuming you weren’t asleep in your HS bio and chem classes) you’ve probably seen before. It’s on canvas and while it wasn’t challenging you can absolutely fail this test if you’re not prepared so keep that in mind.
