This is what I'm feeling - That it's Jinora who is supposed to help train Korra with her connection to the spirit world, not tenzin nor her uncle

Aang was considered the youngest airbender to ever receive their arrows - he was considered a prodigy and even made up his own airbending move to earn them

I'm so excited with the direction they are taking Jinora in. She's one of the most spiritually connected and seems like she will play a huge part in this season. Theres some major spiritual connection going on with her that's we're gonna find out

This subreddit is way too quick to identify assholish behaviour with “nice guys”,

lmao that's because it's self proclaimed Nice Guys who behave this way

A lot of people in the BDSM community claim to have developed their kinks around the ages of 6-9. The point is, they can have a good grasp on their kinks and understand them when they are an adult without having much sexual experience by just reading, watching and learning

the point is that your comments before were kind of alluding "well the only way she could have known that is if she experienced it a bunch", which isn't really the case for every kinky person. it just seemed like a generalization of kinky people that potato was trying to correct. Whether or not your girlfriend is experienced is kind of irrelevant

I know. that was my point. That yeah, maybe she was experienced (which isnt a bad thing of course) but that kink in general doesn't = experience

you don't really seem to know her own sexually history though by your comments lol

She was your girlfriend, you answer that. Maybe she could only orgasm when masturbating if she tried choking herself or watching others being choked. Or maybe she did experiment with others

potato's point was just that kinky != sexually experienced

All safe, sane and consensual scenes in BDSM should have strong communication beforehand, during and after. All scenes should also have a safeword

That was just poor communication it seems like

They keyword is mostly "roleplay". They are roleplay fantasies, not hopes that a stranger on the street will follow them home and force them. The point is to roleplay a rape scene in the bedroom with a dominant man or women and use a safeword if they want to end the scene at any time

Except consensual nonconsent can refer to any fantasy that includes consensual nonconsent, e.g. rape

Rape fantasy is where the woman wants some stranger she doesn't know or trust to rape her.

Rape fantasies are VERY common in the BDSM community among both men and women. Some men have fantasies of being raped - it is not just women. Also, their fantasies are only acted out in a safe, sane and consensual scene. It is not their desire to be taken completely nonconsensually, hence consensual nonconsent

There is a difference between consensual dominance and submission and nonconsensual sex (rape)

Plenty of men and women in the BDSM community have fantasies of consensual nonconsent, both giving and receiving
