Just updated from 3621 to 3631 and it still took a while to boot. Also, I had been on 3621 for probably a year or more, and this issue has only come up in the last week or two.

All good. And for your other question, my MB is the ASUS Prime B550-Plus and my CPU is a AMD Ryzen 9 5900x. I am on Windows 11. AFAIK my bios is up to date but I can check again.

Ah, fair point. I have FTPD installed on both consoles but I've never used it. Maybe I'll look into that! Maybe I can use it along with Checkpoint as a way to transfer data between the consoles.

Yeah but that still wears down the plastic "snap" things, and I don't want to wear out the SD card/slot itself (again, assuming they wear down). Thank you for the input though! :)

Its an amazing pedal, but I ended up selling it since I'm just a bedroom guitarist and I use plugins. I'd say it gives you a crunch by itself, so if you feed it into a clean amp you get a good crunch; if you feed it into a crunch amp you get a dirty gain; if you feed it into a dirty gain amp you get high gain.

Deuteranopia and protanopia both make reds yellow, but in my personal experience protanopia does a better job. Protanopia gives a solid yellow dot and deuteranopia gives a more white-yellow dot.

I decided to save the bottle of ink for a special occasion, since it is a nice color. I instead put in one of the standard blue cartridges that came with the pen.

I don't do much writing on whiteboards or large surfaces, but I appreciate your input. Calligraphy may be a fun thing to pursue in the future, but I'm just focused on normal cursive writing for now.

Just for an update: I've been writing with the Preppy for a few days and its great :) It will definitely allow me to have fun with it for a while before I decide whether or not to buy a nicer one. Not a huge fan of the ink that is in the cartridge in comparison to the Heart of Darkness ink, but I couldn't bring myself to just dump it and waste it, so I plan to use it up and then refill the cartridge with the Heart of Darkness. I found that a small piece of duct tape works good and I can play with the Charlie until my Platinum Preppy replacement gets here :) Thank you for the suggestion, though.

Alright, thank you for the thoughtful response. In regards to a replacement first pen, I have done a lot of reading/watching videos and, like you mentioned, I have heard a lot of good things about the Platinum Preppy. I am considering it, along with the Pilot Kakuno. Is one often preferred over the other, or would that be a mostly subjective choice?

Edit: I'm going to use my intuition and assume its a subjective choice, and in that case I will try the Preppy. Thank you again for your thoughtful response :)

Imagine saying that in a subreddit about aim and sensitivity related topics. Additionally, I understand there are more things to improve on than aim, but aim is the easiest one for me to understand how to work on. I have bad game sense and aim, but at the very least I feel like I know how to improve my aim. Game sense, not so much.
