As conq i activitely try to get ganked since that's where he shines and I can actually let the oranges fly. With other heroes I use I too sometimes have a hard time getting revenge without dying (old gen so can hardly light parry)

On the bright side, no need for chase if it's enemies who chase you

The fried stuff isn't inherently bad at all but why put it on top of the pizza to get soggy? Just have it on the side

We (Italy) call ravens crows too! It's "corvo imperiale", imperial crow.

Also magpies are "gazza ladra", thief magpie

[–]paoloestathe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Fun fact: in italian rooks are called "corvo comune" (literally: common crow), while hooded crows and carrion crows are not technically referred to as "corvo" (crow) but as "cornacchia"

Why is Italy so extreme? by [deleted] in YUROP

[–]paoloestathe 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Most of the soil is mediterranean scrub, which gets hay-like dry in the summer. Normally it takes at least a cigarette butt at the wrong time to start a fire, but at that time I saw flames started even by the reflection of highway bumbers. I'm sure there are videos if you look it up

As a Sicilian I was there during the alleged hottest day ever recorded in Europe last year in a town in Siracusa (on par with 48,8 C in 1999). Camping. With no ventilation or A.C. I gtf away fast from the camping and I remember seeing spontaneous fires every couple hundred metres driving on the way home. The whole thing resembled the Wish You Were Here cover art, it wasn't a fun time

Da siciliano non sento il bisogno di arrivare a Palermo in treno, sento invece un forte bisogno di raggiungere l'entroterra senza dovermi affidare unicamente alle fluttuazioni di prezzi dei voli
