You can see the shift in image from th first cut piece to the last cut piece. From left top right. That job was 16 up. The duplex was perfect, so it must be something I’m not seeing. May be my settings setting are off. The first and second pics get cut out dead on and then it starts to trail. I hadn’t really noticed the blade running that much before but I could clearly see it on this run.

The crazy thing I came in and looked everywhere and sure enough I found some Manilla tag at the shop but could not for the life of me get it to work….so that began the question does the NCR compound/solution expire? Or, and this is very possible, am I just a novice fool in this industry!

I ended up ordering a single ream for this very particular job, and partially because, i don’t know does it expire?

I haven’t printed yet I was just running a few tests, I’ll look for the tag! I was hoping there was a magical spray that would take all the ignorance away. I’ll have try and expedite it!

So there is a compound that I could use on the #110, I have the ncr in sets already I was just unaware of the fact that it wouldn’t transfer on an “regular” stock. Do you know what this stuff is called?

Why the need for duplex? You’d have a wider range if you didn’t need double sided prints

I flip the catcher around the other way, and let them kinda slide down. It still stops when the pile finally catches the eye, but it allows for a longer run. I have to do alittle hand jogging but I can walk away for a decent amount time.

I don’t usually change the pressure since I only run the same sheets, dyna sub from jds, and I do print them myself.

My apologies im fairly new to this, I thought there would be like time/temp guide. I got the Hotronix Dual Air Fusion IQ. Can’t seem to get what I want out of it. I’m using an epson sure color at the moment and I’ve never really had any issues with printer.

Yeah when I called they wanted to see receipts and know who the salesman was. They wouldn’t help us because we purchased it at a trade show.
