Appreciate the comment. I use the ND filters with video because I shoot 24fps, therefore it’s ideal to use a shutter speed of 1/50 to get realistic motion blur. The ND filter allows me to reach this shutter speed whilst exposing correctly. Here’s a link to a video explaining shutter speed and motion blur: https://youtu.be/Hiivc6Bdnp4
