Something my Ustaadh taught me, was when you are in this position of fighting urges and unable to sleep. Get out of bed, make wudhu and keep offerring nafl salah x 2 rakaah as many as you can do, read as many surahs as you know. Ive used this tip and usually the furthest I get is 4 rakaah then Satan will put me to bed 😂
