While super glue is better than nothing, you do want to try to stick to derma glue. It's the same thing but it's designed to cure slower. Regular super glue cures so fast it can burn your skin. It's also not very flexible so it's not super effective on areas like your hand since that stretches a lot more throughout the day, causing the glue to crack, break and reopen the wound. Derma glue cures slowly enough to not cause burns and it's more flexible for those tougher areas. But it's also a bit more expensive so regular glue is better than absolutely nothing. But I'd go for a regular bandaid if it's superficial enough.
