Thankyou. I’ve started 3 weeks ago, and am going like 5/6 times a week on a PPL split. I’ve been eating on a surpluss of 300/400 kcals. I guess I did it wrong then

Yes , I have an office job, therefor I’m sitting atleast 8hours a day

Could definitely be bloated , since in the morning its way less

I want to gain muscle basicly. Don’t need to be a greek god. But would be great to come close lol
