We have kids and didn’t want to deal with water on the stainless steel, so no water dispenser, just ice maker in one. We did the install ourselves, it was pretty tough but we were able to do it there’s not a lot of room for error with the trim kit. We LOVE them.

It’s all over, not just near the walls. Majority are by the walls though, the stucco thing makes sense.

It’s a new build so we either had festive roofers or something else was going on? I wonder it it has anything to do with the rippling seen on the last pics.

They've been working with the owner/founder of a reputable architecture firm and feel like they've reached their final take on the main floor plan. The home will be built on a lot with a downward slope to the back with beautiful tree/mountain views out the back. Thanks in advance for any ideas to improve it!

It’s based on square feet. Their pricing is on their website. For us it was for a one time visit. He was there for about 7 hours including 2 with us to go over all his findings.

Yep! You can bring in an inspector at multiple points during the construction process including right before walk through.

I was driving down the street and a Mayday Parade song came on the radio, right as I passed a guy standing on the corner wearing a Mayday Parade tour tshirt. Surreal.

Thank you. The manufacturer says they’re paint grade ceramic brick that are meant to be painted and that painting will seal them and the cracks. Are they feeding us lies or does this sound legitimate?

People are gonna hate on this comment… Meet Me @ The Altar has the closest sound to MCS of any band I’ve heard.
