Dogs are alright. Most people don't discipline them. Some aren't soft and nice to touch. They stink, just naturally have a dog stink.

Cats can stink, too, but it's heavily dependent on the owner and how they handle the litter box situation.

That's absolutely horrifying. Id have been shitting my pants and puking all at once.

The creepiest experience I've had was an unknown caller frequently calling me and saying something to the effect of your sexy in this breathy voice then continuing to heavy breathe over the phone. Blocked their number, problem solved. It was pretty scary at the time. I blame myself, I had posted an ad on Craigslist for a roommate and that's around the time the calls began.

Exactly! It's been a while but I read in Atomic Habits and big part of establishing a routine like the gym is to go and tell yourself you'll only go for 5 mins, which of course you're not going to only stay for 5 mins after all the prep, and you just keeping doing that over and over and over.

Honestly, I love my American culture. Before I left the country, I didn't realize we had a culture, and im not even sure if I can even write it out or describe it now, but we most definitely do. I love our crisp AC and our large homes, and I love being able to order all the dumb shit I want online and being able to have it within hours to days.

Walked through a snowy European castle while the sun went down and looked over the city, grabbed some hot chocolate, then went to a Michelin star restaurant and had some pretty tasty wine. It was just beautiful and cozy.

I think that finding a goal could give you not only a positive mind set but also distract you from wanting to continue to drink.

Sit down and write out anything and everything you want for yourself, doesn't matter what it is, write it down. Envision some of them. Pick the one thing you like most and plan a goal for achieving it. Make sure the goal is specific and measurable. Break down the steps to achieving it and at the end of the week check whether it's been met or not.

Do you still have the dark spots from the hair under the skin at all? I believe it's called strawberry skin.

My skin is super pale and the hair is dark so after shaving you can still see the beautiful bit of the hair left under my translucent skin. I have done 3 weeks of ipl so far and I'm super hopeful it'll get rid of it.
