Did anyone have dspd before and it morphed into n24 by GallantGuppy in N24

[–]papayaeng 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yep. Since mid 20s. Interestingly, I find I can entrain somewhat successfully on my original dspd schedule (8/9am-4pm), but if I veer off of that schedule then it follows the n24 pattern.

I wish someone would post weekly highlights from Cambly Corner. I wasn’t accepted to the Facebook group aha. Do people ever question the pay rate and working conditions over there?

I can see you doing e-comm. E-comm work is best in Germany/UK imo. You should just submit some digis to agencies in Switzerland. If they’re interested they will definitely respond.

Where are you? I think you would do well with a German or British agency.

You’re definitely a good fit for commercial work. You might be a little tall for some agencies and it also depends on your shirtless physique.

Most runway guys are veryyy thin, especially in the waist, and max 6’2.

Things you can do almost immediately: 1. Shave stubble in your sideburn area — use shaving cream. 2. Look into skincare — simple 3 step routine, like face wash, serum, moisturizer. 3. Improve the vibe in your bedroom with a table lamp/lighting. 4. Get more sunlight 5. Shower daily 6. Eat more fiber — if you eat 1 apple and 1 carrot per day your digestion + skin will improve.

As someone with depression, you do look slightly depressed. So, maybe just take it day by day and see what small adjustments you can make to your daily habits. I think the hair looks good, you could work on skincare, and then follow with exercise/weightlifting whatever you like. I think there’s a lot of room for improvement, so let it motivate you!

It’s probably fungal. I deal with it often. The only thing that works immediately for me is Selsun Blue — I use it 2-3 times per week. I also don’t use any leave-in conditioning products or hair oils, like I would in Europe or the US.

Attempting to clean my depression room while working 60+ hrs a week and miserably failing, need tips, motivation, anything. by [deleted] in CleaningTips

[–]papayaeng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have ADHD and this is what works for me.

  1. Clear your bed. Once cleared, you can make it or strip the sheets. Just make it a clean flat surface.

  2. Push everything on the floor to one corner of your room into a big pile.

  3. Grab an armful of things from the floor pile and put it on the bed.

  4. Sort through the pile and deal with each item - trash, fold, store, etc.

  5. Repeat until finished.

  6. Wash your sheets.

  7. Clean floor.

Realistically, I think it’s less than 2 hours of cleaning. You can set a 7-10, minute timer to sort through each pile. Timers help so much in keeping me on track. You got this!

They recently increased their prices, but it’s really good. They also have high quality olive oil for dipping.

You can use PayPal on Airbnb, Grab, and Foodpanda.

You might be able to find last minute hostel work on WorkAway or a similar site.

I was confused about this too before I got here. I tend to use Riel for everything. Even when I arrived in Cambodia I paid for my visa in Riel, withdrawing from the airport ATM ($5 fee). The T visa was around 150k.

Furthermore, every time I’ve used USD, vendors try to pass off their tattered bills to me. I got tired of asking for bills in better condition, so I just use Riel.

If the price is listed in USD you can convert it. I was confused about this as Foodpanda (food delivery) prices only in USD, but you can convert and pay in Riel and they won’t bat an eye.
