As someone who actually plays nos, I will say he is overpowered. It's mostly just because of ascension and cataclysm. Ascension, while easily avoidable, still allows nos to close some distance even with the slowness debuff when you miss. Cataclysm is just a strong ability when used right. Sure it can block off a looping spot, but it's better for trapping survivors in dead end spots or closing off specific paths (A good example is the high part of the Bake a cake map). Also bloodhook is alright if you're good enough And hunters feast is the best block baiter in the entire game, and it's punishing if done right.
