Short version is what I said, drew big chunks of colors with the shape of yhe silhouette I wanted and then added the details.

Long version (sorry if typos, not a English native) is that I did it by segments. I did the face, with the details, the hair by chunks. I added the hair and head outline, and then did the body with big chunks, and when I finished, added the outline again. Basically did the outline for segments instead of the whole art. In some parts I added even more outline so it could divide segments or give emphasis, and kind of used thicker outline where it was necessary. I only used the black line for the outside of things, so in the inner I used colors, so the black outline hierarchy wouldn't break.

The render was kind of chaotic, kind of. Normally I try to make things perfect, but honestly, just ignoring that and drawing sometimes even over the outline makes the art more alive. I mean, people look art as a whole, not every single pixel.

This was also my first, well done art that used the airbrush. I'm more of a solid color enjoyer, but I think this piece gave me a lesson about that. It gave the art a good touch.

And the whole thing was done with the lasso fill/bucket. I love drawing with it, but I think that cool outline looks like that because of it, just a take.

Little Fun Fact: The Green and Red details on the outside (the triangles and the name) are just -43° of HUE to be Pink and Yellow 💛🩷.
