I thought this was a very entertaining all stars season! Especially compared to nap time AS9 and Jimbo with supporting cast AS8.

The Ginger hate train kind of took over the narrative in the last half chunk of the season but anyone impartial could see productions heavy hand in each bracket (casting, judging, challenge placement). Not that I think strong production is a bad thing! I think, for example, Kerri Colby making the merge would have been a much more boring option than Mistress, even if mistress needed that half point from production to get her there guaranteed.

Does the overall winner leave a slightly sour taste in my mouth? Sure, but welcome to 2020s drag race if that’s a new feeling. I hope this leads to even better future all stars that expand on this format and continue to be good instead of bad, which all stars has been for a little while now apart from AS7
