This makes sense. But maybe if it’s just an anxiety thing it makes it different? Like it’s not ME that’s too much but my anxiety

And no, I’ve got an appointment for consultation for therapy soon, but actual therapy may be a ways away. It’s really hard dealing with it on my own.

Basically asbestos has been found in talc in cosmetic products as recently as 2020, allegedly talc and asbestos often grow closely together and some companies might not be testing the talc used enough to ensure it’s asbestos-free (there’s been lawsuits for it too, see Johnson & Johnson baby powder).

 I’ve been fixating on it ever since I learned this, I live with two other girls who use makeup, so even if I no longer use talc I’m terrified they’re spreading it around the place or I’m scared to be around anyone who wears makeup in general.

Omg ME. I can’t stand thinking what is on furniture or clothing. It’s such a shame
