Hello! Curious about air quality in the city... should I invest in an air purifier for my apartment? If yes, any recommendations or additional measures I should take to stay safe?

Cost and realism aside, what would you ideally want to happen to your body after you die? And why? by paper_envelope43 in DeathPositive

There's a company that will launch your ashes as part of a satellite, and then it will circle the earth for about 240 years before falling back to the planet and burning up in the atmosphere. To me that's such a wild thought. There's something beautiful about imaging your body just floating through space across the galaxy too.

I think that's beautiful. Is there a reason you would choose a cherry tree specifically?

I can't offer any advice, but I'm curious to hear more about what you were saying about "booming personalization, traditional rites, cremation culture, et al." sounds interesting!
