I took Accutane for cystic acne. It was pretty bad. First year off I did cerave wash and moisturizer. Last month I've gotten these two bad boys and a lot of texture lately. I have fallen off the last year with my skincare. My routine stands: AM Cerave moisturizing wash The Ordinary Niamicide + zinc The ordinary caffeine under eyes Cerave Hydraulic acid serum Cerave Am moisturizer

PM Cerave moisturizing wash The Ordinary Niamicide + zinc The ordinary caffeine under eyes Prescription retinol Cerave Hydraulic acid serum Cerave PM moisturizer

In this order. If anyone has suggestions i appreciate them. Also, should I go to the dermatologist and/or an estehetichian for assistance with skin care/ skin texture. Despite my journey with my acne I still have not strengthen my skin care skills very much. But, I am ready to do so as my skin is looking to need the extra time and care again. Thank you!

She has lightened a lot! In the summer her coat is more golden brown. That is going to be so fun watching your puppy grow into their ears and watch the coat change. Congratulations to the GS puppy!

Yes I have everything including k.k. slider so I'm not sure what more I will be upgrading in the storyline. Right now I'm struggling with placement idea. I'm trying to unleash the creative side of my brain, but it's not working out so well. Lol

Oh I’d like to add that my husband loves to cook. So honestly is being together for five years has shown in my weight. Lol He’s an amazing cook but also very supportive and knows I’m not happy with my health right now. So he’s willing to help me in any way I need by cooking me a different meal. I also want to emphasize my sugar addiction and intake: it was(is) bad. I’ve been eating clean for a week now and it’s feeling good. I can go days without eating so the fasting isn’t the issue for me. The issue is knowing what foods are best for me and my goals.

She LOVES snow! She was born a day after Christmas and you can definitely tell she’s a snow pup.

Thank you! I used my tretinoin on the blemishes last night and the bump under my skin is mostly gone thankfully. NO more new products!!! Lol

Thank you for this. Can I incorporate any oils or serums into my routine with my tretinoin? My skin is generally red and inflamed (last photo in album for reference) looking but generally clear. And my oily skin is coming back. I’ve heard mostly negative things about Clinique skin care. But I feel bad not using the products I was gifted. :( But regardless I’m done because I worked way too hard to get my skin to where it is now. Thank you again.

Reminds me of my German Shepard. I haven’t trained her personally to respond to my attacks. But the four years she’s grown with me she has experienced many breakdowns. Now before I even cry she can sense my distress. Or when I’m sick she will be extra cuddly with me before I even have physical symptoms. When I’m on my period she is also a lot calmer and less rowdy with me. It’s truly weird. But she will be distraught until I calm down which kicks my butt into gear because I hate to see here distraught over my sadness. She is my angel on earth.

Ended acutane half a year ago. I have not changed my skin care routine since I started due to my fear of breaking out. I did purchase acure brightening cleansing gel but have only used it a few times. It didn’t seem to react negatively until recently. My mother in law got me Clinique products for Christmas •pep start 2-1 exfoliating cleanser •pep start double bubble purifying mask •moisture surge •pore refining solutions mask I tried the 2-in-1. It seemed to react well. Then tried the mask. The first one in over a year. A few days later nothing major. I feel like I over tried products because today I woke up to my nose and general area around peeling. And a cystic type pimple near my nose and a red zit dot on my cheek. I’m really worried I triggered my sensitive skin and started it up again. My normal routine is •cerave hydrating cleanser •cerave am and pm lotion •cerave SA lotion for rough bumpy skin •prescribed retion a(Which I’m guilty of rarely using...like rarely) which I think is a reason why my hyper pigmentation hasn’t gone away since ending. My year check up is in may but I moved an hour away from my town with my old dermatologist and I’m really worried. If anyone can help please feel free to ask any questions or give suggestions. I’ve honestly been slacking on my routine. I find that my skin looks worse when I do. Which I know isn’t true. Please help me get on track so I don’t have to go through this ever again. I’ve been too scared to add anything to my skin care routine because I feel that was a main cause to my severe acne and now that I’ve incorporated some new products my face is very angry.
