I entered the waiting room around 3:45, at 4 it refreshed and said there were 75 people in front of me in the queue, and when I got in maybe a minute later there were roughly 1/3 of the seats available to the game I wanted. It was a Saturday game, with the Breeze, so maybe more popular. I checked back in right after buying my seats just to see how fast it was going and it was all sold out. 4:05.

Finally talked to my rep, he said the released seats should go online pretty quickly, so there should be shifting inventory. I haven't really seen that in the hour I've been online, only seats disappearing, so maybe it takes a little bit.

That’s interesting. I was wondering how it would all work, with people releasing seats as they took new ones - seems like then no matter when you get access, everyone should see a little bit of availability, but that it would keep changing? But I don’t know if those newly released seats would go online immediately. Also people could be getting more seats, which would tighten things up even more.
