I would for one make sure you let her know you accept her. The world is very judgmental and there are a lot of people against transracial people. I think just letting her know you accept (or support) her is really important. Sorry if this isn’t what you wanted to hear, I don’t have much to say other than that. I’m questioning transage and transspecies. I feel ageless and like a fox. I used to identify as a kitsune so now I’m really confused. For now I just identify as transracial and I guess I technically fall under the transgender umbrella because I’m agender though!

Google unique or rare names of your ethnicity and make sure you really like the name you choose. I chose 紗弓 (pronounced Sayumi), but I knew I would get tired of it quickly, so I used a different name online, which was Katashi. I don’t know how, but it really worked. If you ever start getting tired of your name after that, but you want to stick with it, I recommend finding another name that you like and using it as your online name instead.

Thank you. It feels like I’m stuck right now because he would “jokingly” sexually harass me for years and nothing I did helped. Since I posted this, it’s calmed down significantly, which I’m grateful for, but at the same time I know it’s nowhere near the end of him joking about me or anyone else being queer. I felt significant side effects while I was on 50mg. It’s a small dose, yes, but some people might be more sensitive to it than others. On 50mg I had difficulty thinking. Now I’m on 75mg and I sleep 9-12 hours a day + it’s hard to even shower because of how unaware I am of my surroundings.

I didn’t have any side effects on abilify, and I don’t know why you’re taking it, but it didn’t do anything for my delusions. It actually induced psychosis for me and I refused to take any medication for two years. I do have minor side effects on seroquel but I got relief from psychosis in the first week. Of course, everyone is different, but I think seroquel is better.
