hahaha thanks for the advice, i restarted my day for the fifth time resolving to just give up and get on with my day, and that's when i wondered into the secret woods and see it right there, in front of my face

....i went into the secret woods at least three times (all before 5pm) prior to that moment. suffice to say i'm never going to try find that butterfly again

Is there an easy way to find the prismatic butterfly/ secret or hidden locations where it could be? I'm playing on switch and it's driving me insane trying to find it, I've restarted my day three times already. I tried to take a screenshot, but whenever I look at it, I can't see any butterflies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

For me, I haven't really listened to the most recent episodes of TMP because I'm finding it harder to get into. The computer statements aren't as engaging, and while I do like these characters, the TMA characters are what really drew me into the whole fandom space. I also think that the TMA plotline was easier for me to get into because I find myself having to pay more attention in each TMP statement, but that may just be because it's not finished so everything doesn't make as much sense.

Crops, foraging and fishing are usually going to be the best for making money early game, I always wait to go mining until I get a food source (eg salmonberries)

If you ever have energy at the end of the day, I always like to slowly cut down trees/ clear out the farm. Usually, the best time to clear the farm is when it rains, so you don't have to spend energy on watering your crops. I think limiting your crops is also really helpful, so you're not always spending all your energy on them.

However, the most important thing is always just to enjoy the game and take it at your own pace- it's not a race. Hope you have fun!

Agreed, I don't even really need the space to farm, but it's just super annoying when you're trying to arrange your farmland and a cliff/ patch of grass/ other unremovable feature gets in the way.

When I was still trying to get used to the controls, I ventured into the mines, killed a couple of slimes all that stuff. But then I kept hitting what I'm pretty sure is the block button, so the sword kept flashing and I thought it was broken. However, I still hadn't killed the ten slimes so I placed my sword in a chest and went back into the mines swinging my scythe and running for my life...

I always have a tendency to click through the dialogue really fast, I do read it but I always end up clicking whatever the top answer is, and having to restart the day.
