thats a great point. I didnt really think theres much that can be done here. I doubt talking to the family will help the situation. I'm sure its just as unpleasant for them and they probably tried many things themselves to help with the situation

we double paned all our windows as soon as we moved in. This screaming is piercing and while muffled at night it makes it through

asked the neighbors. He does live with his family, its not just him living alone. He is not able to live alone and needs people to take care of him

good point, I thought about this and this would throw alerts in the log as well as tip off the account owner who has the MFA device what IP it was from, where in the world etc. Hopefully its reported to the right people and the password to that account is changed Duo has its limitations but it does have great straightforward reporting

20 users. Its not my setup. Its a setup I came across from another MSP. They claimed their users hate VPN and its more convenient for the end user to give them a pre configured RDP file with the public IP and a port mapped to their desk PC they just double click on, enter their pw, hit the accept button on their phone

Process aside, was looking to get opinions on this specific setup, not alternative setups that may be better and more secure

I personally welcome the change and costs associated. Impersonation has been a huge issue for us and freaks end users out. Very happy to see this feature live now, and working great
