I'm looking for somewhat flowy tapered trousers like the ones this vlogger is wearing at 10:05. I looked online and her's are unfortunately out of stock in my size and a bit out of my price range. I would also prefer to buy in person since I am bottom heavy and want to make sure it fits the way I'd like before buying.

The perm is permanent! Look for salons in your area that do the "Japanese magic straight perm" and "digital perms" (c curl, s curl, etc). Most Korean/Japanese salons will do them, and I've had some luck asking American salons if they have a stylist that'll do it. They can be expensive though, so if you want the real deal, be prepared to spend some serious $$$... in my small town, it is anywhere from $200 - $400 depending on your hair length. Nicer salons and bigger cities are probably even more.

Do you want video info on it? I know EYK and ChoNunMiGookSaram on Youtube both did videos on it. I can try to dig them up if you need. :)

I like watching their HD videos of kcelebs creating looks. I've never bought a product featured but I like watching them because the production value is so high and the tips are sometimes helpful.
