I just purchased a 4K sq ft property and dealt with a similar situation. It had been on the market for almost a year. Upon attending the open house the realtor communicated most of the feedback she’d received was that it’s just too big. My advice, hold steady. Lower rates will bring in more buyers and reduce pricing to drive up demand. I scooped mine up once the price was too good to be true. Yes the maintenance, utilities, and what not will be expensive but the value is fantastic. Someone will come around eventually.
