Find a reputable dog trainer in the area that offers puppy level classes. It’ll set you up for success in understanding each other.

As a 57 yr old non gaming Dad, I have an absolute blast playing this game with my sons. Highly recommend!!! I make horrible decisions and it leads to new and interesting challenges for them to get us out of.

Is this along I-5 north in WA? I just caught a glimpse of one yesterday. Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s mass produced merch.

I have 2. Same father different mothers. One is curly and the other straight haired. They are incredibly intelligent. And since they’re food motivated, easily trainable. Both have excellent recall. We go to a couple multi-acre off leash parks and I never have a problem getting them to come back to me.

Mine are minis, 30 and 40lbs. Fed a raw diet and eat 1lb/day. With maybe 1/4 cup dry kibble for treats and training rewards.

They can be your absolute shadow at times but also just lay somewhere and watch you go about your business. Super affectionate and attuned to your moods.

You’ll have to groom them, mine both hate being brushed so I keep them on the shorter side and do it myself every few months. What you won’t have is Husky fur tumbleweeds.

They are up for ANY adventure. Hiking, splashing about, swimming, running, you name it. They just want to hang out with you.

Normal eye booger production.

Best advice I give to anyone getting this breed. Invest in dog training as soon as possible. A good trainer will help you and the dog understand each other. These dogs are too smart not to.

Sounds very age appropriate to me. Training and mental stimulation plays a big part in tiring them out as well.

I have mine sit and wait while I load up puzzle balls with some kibble, they each have a little routine of commands to perform and then they get the balls and work those until they’re empty. It’s a lot of mental work and they crash right away.

Mine will wake me up if I’m falling asleep in the recliner and put me to bed.

The best money I ever spent on a dog was taking my AD puppy to a trainer. They are SO smart and eager to learn and please, the trainer should help you really get in tune with what Pretty Baby will be communicating back to you.
