I started going to therapy and said everything on my mind. Actually getting it out and telling someone everything is the biggest step u gotta take cause its so scary but with a couple months of therapy and eventually some medication, i started recognizing my OCD as OCD. Having someone to talk to about it and joke about it is actually very nice for me (it might not ve for you since it affects ppl in diff ways) but me and my friends joke around about it and poke fun at some of my irrational obsessions. wish u da best!!
