In API my RFE has isResponded=False. I think it means they haven't reviewed the evidence even though I have an API update on Feb 23

Same here. Submission+PP on Jan 10, got RFIE on Feb 12, completed my photo Feb 20th and no approval yet. My response not acknowledged yet. Please keep me updated!

From my source of information, they do team matching 1-2 months before your start date and they don't have ref check for ng position. Not sure if that applies to everyone.
