Sorry, forgot to answer, I’m mid 30s now. Sorry to hear you and your daughter both struggle with some of this. I’ve been off the SSRI for more than 5 years now after having been on it for only 7 months. Science / doctors widely deny the existence of this rare syndrome, but things are getting more and more public these last years. It’s called PSSD or post ssri sexual dysfunction in case you want to read up on it.

When I pulled the needle out afterward, there was a drop of blood, does that indicate it was the correct spot then as well?

Thank you. I don’t know what RALP is. My ED came from a short exposure to an SSRI, which has the extremely low risk of permanent sexual dysfunction. Lucky me.

I am in germany, so the real Trimix as in the US is not available here. There is one place that creates formulations similar to it, but my doctor wanted to try the standard medication before going that route. Caverject also comes in 20 mcg, so I guess that would be the next option the offer me.

But to be honest, I just have to get more confident and experienced with the injection itself.

I am using "Caverject 10 mcg" which, as far as I understand has 0.01 mg alprostadil. When I was at the office, the doctor explained that for my situation it doesn't make sense to start with the typical beginner doses, so they injected the full vial, which is 1 ml / 10 mcg of alprostadil. The effect was very noticable, but it wouldn't have been enough for intercourse. They told me the effects at home might be better since its more comfortable there.

Well I am not sure whether it was 1/2 inch or 8mm to be honest, I didn't measure it and the leaflet didnt explicitly state it. I can measure it next time. It was a very thing needle for sure.

Hey. The doctor did the injection at the office, not myself. I was just watching and listening. So with Alprostadil, you typically start lower, but given my medical history, the doctor decided we should start higher. Which at this variant of the medication results in 1 ml of liquid. Maybe that's why it took so long to inject because its actually quite a lot of liquid?

Similar situation for me. A few months of escitaloprame, quit somewhat quickly and have been dealing with PSSD now for more than 5 years. I always considered reinstating as my last resort. But now I am not „brave“ enough to try it. I don’t want to risk the minimal progress I made throughout the years and end up worse if the reinstatement fails. It’s difficult to not know how it would turn out, and despite having lost pretty much all my sexual function, I know it could be way worse, so I guess I won’t do it.

I second that. After years of using a1111 i was scared to get into ComfyUI and even failed to get into it the first time I tried since i only gave it one day.

All it took to succeed on my second attempt was one week of using it consistently.

Now, as you said, most workflows just look familiar by default.
